tourists, there are still restricted areas that bar tourists from
entering. Please consult with your tour guide and operator before
you set out your journey.
Myanmar issues different type of tourist visas for foreigners. One
is for independent traveller and another is for travellers in
group. For the latter type, the group need to get a letter from a
local tour operator before they can apply for visa.
Update:

Myanmar. But this is not as simple as other on arrival visas. You
will need to inform Myanmar Tourism Dept and Immigration Dept 3
weeks before your arrival with details of your trip in Myanmar.
Fees for on arrival visa is 20 USD. Most of the tour operators in
the country provide this service for a small fee.
